1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All content on the jlkkk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of jlkkk Gaming Services or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jlkkk for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without written permission

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlkkk Gaming Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
